Active 8 bucket pump grease

Active 8 bucket pump grease:

Hydropneumatic bucket pump grease Active 8 model is for continuous injection without disconnection and disconnection of sealing lubricants and valve cleaner to valves. Capable of applying 10,000 PSI pressure in minimal time to unclog valves. It has a suitable volume and is used in limited environments and can inject 450 grams of grease with high pressure in 2 minutes. It has the possibility of stabilizing the pressure during injection, and the manometer of this grease pump remains stable during injection due to the use of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It is equipped with a shut-off valve to prevent wastage of materials. By connecting the input pressure of 7 bar to the corresponding connection and changing the mode of the pump pedal switch, the user can use the pressure of 700 bar to inject the material. In order to facilitate the injection of grease into the basin valves, it is equipped with a rotating axis on a high pressure hose. It has wheels and a helmet for easy carrying, as well as an air filter in the feeding path.

Advantages:

Continuous injection without disconnection
No size limitation
Ability to inject heavy sealing materials
Applying 10000 psi pressure in minimum time (to remove the liquid cup)
Appropriate size and ability to use in limited environments
Disconnect from the valve to prevent material wastage.
Possibility of using bucket greases and reducing the cost of buying grease. Manometer in the operator's view position
The possibility of stabilizing the pressure at any moment makes it possible to maintain the pressure behind this material at 10,000 PSI for a while when injecting the valve cleaner so that this material removes all the dirt and old dried grease.
Injection of 450 grams of grease in 2 minutes (Hypergan injects about 450 grams of material in 20 minutes) 450 grams of grease. This is despite the fact that there is no control on the injection volume in the Hypergon pump.
Due to the use of two hydraulic and pneumatic systems; The manometer remains constant during injection. (Manometers in Hypergon pneumatic grease pumps work back and forth. Also, due to the use of mechanical parts with low tolerance, the entry of sand particles into the grease pump causes the destruction of the internal parts. In the event that the Active 8 grease pump does not have this defect due to the use of a hydraulic system)
